A Mega Base That Might Cause Lag (for solenten to answer or mods)

Solenten  or moderators, 

Im planing on making a mega base to hold all the colors of leather armor (which is about 5.7 million combinations) and I know armor stands causes lag but I was wondering do item frames cause more lags then armor stands?  I need a answer so I don't accidently crash the server.

ps. Add cow spawners to the shop plz for around 20k a spawner :)

and yeereagl im with mingqi, 60iq, dasig, radar, toastie and other powerful player next season. and I just wanted to know also because when I was on single player only 256 armor stands started to make my computer lag so
