How To Buy A Rank(title) In GGSMP.

So i currenlty asked a guy in gg smp of how to buy a rank in ggsmp(title) and he said you have to pay for it to buy it and i asked him about some information of how much does it costs and where can i buy it, but he said nothing(ignored me for some reason) so can you guyz pls tell me like of where can i buy a rank and how much does it costs
