When you join you have to do /register [Password] [Password] than You will spawn in lobby you will see a screen on the wall It Will Say KitPvP GGSMP your gonna have to right click one than your gonna be tp to the server when u join u will see Spawn If You joined GGSMP and if You join kitpvp You will see a Chest in ur inv than ur gonna right click it it will open a menu of kits u click one and ur on ur way.
